7th Day Wednesday 12th September - Washington DC

Today, Wednesday 12th we went to D.C ( I say DC and not Washington DC, because people tend to use  DC to refer to capital ) to visit some places from the capital. I met with the rest of the group in Flint Hill, then a bus from the school gave as to the subway. When we arrive to D.C we start visiting the White House, the President's house, it was really interesting. First I have a problem with the passport, I think my name it wasn't well writen and they made me wait to enter, Kristin ( spanish teacher from Flint Hill) stayed with me while I was waiting. We take a lot of fotos from diferent rooms from the White House and we enjoy a lot as the house it was really different than the houses where we stay. After that we visited the Washinton Monument, it's incredible because it's very tall. We take a lot of nice fotos there since it's a place with lot of green landscape. Finally we walked to the Jefferson Memorial, to arrive there you have to go upstairs and then, there you have fantastic views from the capital. It was a very hot day, but it was perfect as until now it was so cold.

3rd Day Saturday 8th September - New York

Saturday 8th of September we woke up around seven o'clock and we arranged a trip to the Liberty Statue. First we walked to the place where we had to toke a boat to arrive to the island where is the statue. Ten minutes later, we arrived ther and we saw the most famous place of New York, the Liberty Statue. It was amazing, I'v got a very good impresion. Then, I bought some souvenirs and we toke another boat to came back to the city.
We had lunch in a food stop in the street and after that we did a walk around the Central Park, we didn't saw all the park as it's very big.
The last place that we visited it was the Brooklyn Bridge, it was spectacular and really nice! Altought before arriving, we had some problems with the subway and we stayed into this around 1 or 2 hour...
To conclude it was nice day moreover we take a lot of fotos event though we ended up very tired.
